Sarah Webster's allegations against Gonzalez are also fully outlined in a preliminary 1989 civil suit against Remi Gonzalez. The case was dropped when Sarah Webster moved out of New York state to attend college and expressed a desire to move on with her life.
In this 1989 letter to Sarah, after being served with the complaint, Remi Gonzalez admits having an illegal sexual relationship with Laura Maroon. He calls the relationship with Laura "an affair." Laura was 14 years old at the time.
The letter is filled with lies and accuracies.
